A bit about me! 

Well, I'm Jemma, I'm 20 years old and I love cooking, and food! I've been living the last 6 years in Andalusia, Spain with my parents and two younger sisters. I've always been into food, and ever since I can remember I used to hang around the kitchen watching my Nan cook, and as I got older she bought me an apron and a chef's hat and called me her 'Sous-Chef'. I love to ask questions, because as everyone knows, asking is a great way of learning. She is an amazing cook, self-taught, and has always been a big influence on me. She cooks amazing food, all from scratch, and uses only the best ingredients she can find; some call it fussy, but I just think she has a high standards when buying food. 

So, as you can tell, my passion is cooking - I love it, I will try anything, although not everything I try to make necessarily works out! I love cooking just as much as I enjoy eating what I've made at the end! Baking is one of my favorite hobbies, as I have a sweet tooth. However I do enjoy just as much cooking up something new and interesting for dinner - although being part of a family of five, it's not always easy to find something everyone likes (Fussy sisters!). 

I've never blogged before, so I'm still new at it - it shouldn't take me long to get the hang of it though! Anyway, so my blog is basically to show what I've been making, and to share my recipes, and I hope to inspire at least one budding chef.
